Jeremy Reed joined Newmark Grubb Pearson Commercial in June 2006 as a senior vice president in the firm's Office Division. Mr. Reed specializes in the representation of both tenants and landlords in the leasing, disposition and acquisition of commercial properties. He has been involved in many different types of office projects, ranging from tenant representation transactions to extensive landlord representations. Some of these projects include the leasing and sale of Woodward Centre, Guarantee Financial Center and North Pointe office properties; the liquidation of ValliWide Bank/Westamerica Bank branches; the consolidation of Pacific Gas & Electric, Fresno; and the release of the Cigna campus in Visalia, California.
Mr. Reed has spent a great deal of time aggressively working the Palm Bluffs Corporate Center, a 235-acre business park in Fresno, where he has several landlord representation assignments benefiting from his exceptional marketing talent and outstanding dedication to customer service. Mr. Reed has also been involved in numerous tenant representation assignments. His proactive approach to client positioning adds value by fostering an environment in which the client places trust in the broker. Mr. Reed's expertise in transaction management, acquisition and disposition, strategic planning and project management has given his clients the ability to make informed decisions.
Mr. Reed began his professional real estate career in 1995 at CB Richard Ellis, where he established working relationships with developers, appraisers and lenders, as well as governmental agencies and organizations such as the Economic Development Corporation serving Fresno County and the Fresno Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Reed is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and a minor degree in real estate finance.
