Kyle A. Riddering joined Newmark Pearson Commercial in 2019 and currently serves as a Vice President with the firm's industrial division. Kyle specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout California's Central Valley. Kyle is a highly motivated individual and focuses on providing excellent representation to developers, investors, landlords and tenants.

Kyle has partnered with Nicholas J. Audino, SIOR, a 22-year, top-producing Power Broker who is well known in the real estate and building industry throughout the Central Valley. Through this partnership, Kyle has gained exposure to numerous industrial projects and has worked with clients on developments that range from large-scale industrial business parks to smaller industrial/warehouse facilities.

Prior to joining Newmark Pearson Commercial, Kyle interned at the firm as a market research specialist while attending California State University, Fresno.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in construction management and a Master of Business Administration, both from California State University, Fresno.
