Jeff Wolpert began his commercial real estate areer in 2005. He is a Senior Vice President in the Land Division at Newmark Pearson Commercial and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of land and commercial properties. Jeff is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), an esteemed designation of the Realtors Land Institute. His expertise focuses on transitional agricultural land with commercial development potential; single-family subdivisions; multi-family; industrial, and professional office properties. Jeff's expertise with land use, zoning and entitlements for real estate development and processing through city and county planning departments are all benefits to his clientele.

 

Mr. Wolpert was instrumental in marketing Fresno's Tower District as he was the Past Chairman of the Tower District Marketing Committee and sat on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Association of Fresno. As a community leader, he was also the Founder of "Sudz in the City", an annual City of Fresno event.

 

Previously, Jeff was the president and general partner of Butterfield Brewing Company, LLC and Owner of Butterfield Brewing Company Bar and Grill. Butterfield’s was the first brewery in Fresno County since 1933. As part of this endeavor, Jeff oversaw the construction and development of a 28,000 square foot manufacturing and bottling facility, which inspired his career in commercial real estate.
